Are you open during the New Year holidays? Yes, we are open 365 days a year.

取扱できない荷物はありますか? はい、以下のものはお取扱できかねます。 ・1個の長さが2メートル、重さが30kgを越えるもの(但し、弓矢、スノーボード等のスポーツ器具はお預かり可能) ・高価品・貴重品・精密機器(パソコン、デジカメ、タブレット等) ・こわれやすいもの、動物、危険物、要冷品や腐敗しやすいもの ・飲料水やペットボトルなど液体が容器に入っているもの ・その他係員が取扱い上支障があると認めたもの

What is the maximum period for which I can store my luggage? You can store your luggage for up to 7 days. Please refer to the fee table.

Will bags placed on top of a carry-on suitcase or bags tied to the handle be counted as one item? Yes, any baggage sticking out from the carry-on suitcase is counted as one item, and we charge an additional 500 yen for each piece of baggage.

Can I check in my umbrella? If you put it in your suitcase, we will check it in for free.

Can I store fresh flowers, perishables, or refrigerated items? Only items that can be stored at room temperature are accepted.

Can a friend or family member pick up the item instead of the person who left it? Sorry, we cannot hand it over to anyone other than the person who has the receipt.

I would like to have it delivered to a hotel outside of Osaka city. How much does it cost? Please refer to the price list.
